Description:
This 1963 Pontiac Bonneville is a blue-over-white convertible that
underwent a reported $140k in refurbishment work circa 2010. It is
powered by a 389ci V8 linked with a four-speed automatic
transmission, and the car is further equipped with a power-operated
white soft top, fender-mounted side mirrors, chrome bumpers and
rocker panel moldings, power steering, power drum brakes, whitewall
tires, and quarter vent windows.
Interior:
The front and rear bench seats are upholstered in white leather,
and they are joined by color-keyed door panels and black carpets.
The three-spoke steering wheel has a crack in the rim, and it
fronts a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer and centrally mounted
auxiliary gauges.
Exterior:
Steel 14? wheels wear chrome covers and Coker Classic whitewall
tires, and a full-size spare is stowed in the trunk. Coil springs
and shocks are noted on the independent front suspension, and KYB
shocks are found out back. The car left the factory finished in
Aquamarine and was repainted in navy blue during the
refurbishment.
Drivetrain:
The blue-finished 389ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor and
was factory rated at 303 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Power
is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic
