1936 Ford pickup street rod, blending classic aesthetics with
contemporary upgrades. 302 cubic inch V8 under the hood paired with
a C4 automatic transmission shifted with a long shifter on the
floor. Nice looking engine with aluminum components, and
aftermarket A/C. Its exterior showcases red paint with black
fenders and tonneau cover on the bed, with chrome bumpers and trim.
The tonneau cover has functional struts and inside the bed is a
tonneau cover. Comfortable cloth bucket seats in the cab with seats
belts, nicely finished door panels, power windows, cold AC, cruise
control, and a tilt column. An aftermarket stereo has been mounted
overhead, and there are speakers mounted in the kick panels and at
the read upper cab corners. The radio powers up but no sound.
Riding on red painted steel wheels with Ford centercaps and radial
tires. The fuel gauge is inaccurate and the front tires are
starting to show age. The windows are lightly tinted. Featuring an
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, HEI ignition, true dual exhaust,
electric radiator fan, and headers. Recent service work includes an
oil change, new steering gear, newer battery. On the road, a
vintage look with surprising powerful and fun acceleration, better
than expected handling in the corners, and a comfortable ride with
bucket seats.
