*1969 Chevrolet Camaro*The early Chevrolet Camaro is a car that
symbolizes the Pony Car wars of the late 1960s. But with a
significant redesign going into the 1969 model year, the Camaro
left the world of Pony Cars, instead becoming a full fledged muscle
car. With its more angular edges and exaggerated rear haunch, the
1969 Camaro is arguably the one everybody wants and is a blast to
drive stock but also takes quite well to modifications. This 1969
Chevrolet Camaro Coupe is finished in stunning LeMans Blue with
white SS Hockey striping down the side and benefits from a host of
subtle upgrades that don't dramatically change the car's looks, but
greatly improve its performance. Sitting on a set of 17-inch
5-spoke Vintage Wheel Works mag-style wheels, these look period
correct, but are in a modern size that allows for both higher
performance tires, and the 4-wheel Corvette disc brakes sitting
behind them.Open the door and you're met by a beautiful black vinyl
and houndstooth cloth interior, with a pair of bucket seats in
front, and a bench in the rear. Drop into the driver's seat and
you're met by a 3-spoke steering wheel with a brushed metal center
that frames a deeply-hooded gauge cluster, with a pair of auxiliary
gauges situated beneath the dash. The car has been fitted with
power steering, which makes it far nicer to use around town.Under
the hood sits an all aluminum 427ci V8 from GM Performance, that
was built by CND Machine in Kirkland in 2021. They added a Howards
Cam hydraulic roller camshaft, forged pistons with 9:1 compression,
an aluminum intake, and an MSD ignition. A set of Doug's jet coated
headers lead through a chambered exhaust which exits out the back
and sounds fantastic. Power is then sent through a Muncie M20
4-speed manual gearbox with a Hurst T-handle shifter, to the rear
wheels via a 12-bolt rear end with 3.42 gears.The 1969 Camaro
remains one of the most sought after classic cars around and this
is a particularly nice example. Built to be enjoyed, this Camaro
has the look, and outstanding performance, that will put a smile on
your face every time you pull it out of your garage and will be a
conversation starter everywhere you go!*Key Features* * LeMans Blue
