1985 Chevrolet K10 - Awesome example of everyone's favorite factory 4WD shortbed chevy with a great southern history and tasteful upgrades! Super solid Georgia squarebody from top to bottom that received both a cosmetic and mechanical restoration to make it run as good as it looks. Powered by a recently transplanted GM 350ci-V8 crate engine with a few performance add-on's such as an Edelbrock aluminum intake, 650cfm carb, HEI electric ignition system, Hedman ceramic coated headers and a Flowmaster exhaust system. Complete rebuilt 4x4 drivetrain including the heavy duty TH-350 automatic transmission, 3.42 posi-rear setup and front hub assembly's with new WARN lock-outs. Factory equipped with power steering and power front Brakes which have also been upgraded with a complete BAER Performace kit. Truck stands tough like a true American with a mild 2.5" SkyJacker lift kit, including all new shocks and front end components, sitting on new 15x10 slotted aluminum wheels wrapped in 33" Mickey Thompson A/T tires. Body is super straight and has been re-painted in the original shade of "Apple Red". Paint shows wonderful however does have one small blemish on hood (pictured). Excellent tinted glass all around and the windows roll up/down with ease. Interior has been changed from the boring burgandy to classic black tones throughout including a new bench seat, dash pad, gauges, door panels and carpet. Original tilt column with a new-age steering wheel and an updated AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth stereo system has been added for your listening pleasure. Factory A/C truck which still runs off R-12 and blows cold making cruising in any climate comfortable. Everything works as it should and all the lighting has been converted to LED's. Original SPID card still in-tact on glovebox door showing all options. Frame, floors, rockers, cab corners, etc are all solid as can be with no signs of any major repairs. This is an honest, good ol' truck that has been very well maintained and equipped for anyone to enjoy. Very clean inside and out that has never been wrecked, off-roaded, beat up or cut up.
