This 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra convertible only has 6,821 actual
miles since new. The model was famously nicknamed "The Terminator"
by the SVT development crew; this example is one of only 5,082
produced for the model year. It was built at the Dearborn,
Michigan, plant in April 2003. As the original window sticker
documents, this example left the factory with a Dark Shadow Gray
exterior and Dark Charcoal leather/graphite interior. It was
shipped to Sarasota Ford in Sarasota, Florida, and was purchased
new in May 2003 by its first owner, who lived in St. Petersburg,
Florida. The original owner was the caretaker for 22 years before
selling the car in May 2025 with 6,487 actual miles, as its clean
CARFAX report documents. Some of the exterior standard features
include a black cloth convertible power top, tinted glass, interval
wipers, dual power mirrors and 17x9 five-spoke alloy wheels mounted
to the original Goodyear Eagle F1 275/40Z/R17 high-performance
tires. Some of the interior features include keyless entry, SVT
instrumentation, SVT leather upholstery, leather-wrapped steering
wheel, articulated sport seats, six-way power driver's seat,
illuminated visor mirrors, power windows and lock group, air
conditioning, rear defrost, speed control, tilt steering column and
Mach 460 radio with six-disc CD player. It was recently outfitted
with new Cobra embossed carpeted floor mats. The car is powered by
the factory-original supercharged 4.6-liter 4V DOHC V-8 engine that
produces 390hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. The engine is coupled to a
six-speed manual transmission and breathes through a
stainless-steel dual exhaust system. The power is transferred to
the pavement through a Traction-Lok axle. The SVT handling front
suspension consists of MacPherson gas-pressured struts with linear
rate coil springs, Bilstein monotube dampers and stabilizer bar.
The SVT independent rear suspension (IRS) consists of
unequal-length control arms, linear rate coil springs, Bilstein
monotube dampers and stabilizer bar. The power four-wheel brakes
include 13-inch vented Brembo discs with twin-piston calipers on
the front and 11.65-inch vented discs on the rear with ABS. The
factory original window sticker, owner's manuals and convertible
top cover are included with the sale. This vehicle has been
completely serviced and detailed, which is documented with an
invoice that's also included. 6,821 actual miles. From the MS
