This 1957 Chrysler Imperial Crown convertible is powered by its
original 325hp 392ci Hemi V-8 engine paired with a 4-speed
automatic transmission. The vehicle underwent a frame-off
restoration. It is equipped with power steering. Braking and
suspension components are restored to factory configuration. The
exterior is finished in Sunset Rose and features a new black canvas
power convertible top. The undercarriage and floor pans are
detailed in body color. The interior features a matching two-tone
color scheme and is equipped with factory air conditioning, power
windows, an 8-way power seat and power-operated convertible top.
Designed by Virgil Exner, this Imperial Crown incorporates styling
elements associated with late-1950s automotive design and was the
first production car equipped with curved side glass.
