This 1984 Chevrolet K5 Blazer custom SUV is powered by a 6.2-liter
LS3 V-8 engine with hypereutectic pistons and FiTech fuel
injection, backed by a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission and a
four-wheel-drive system with a transfer case and 10-bolt axles.
Additional equipment includes power steering, power brakes, an
aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, air conditioning and a
new gas tank. The engine bay is finished in Gloss Gray. Exhaust
flows through headers and a dual exhaust system with Dynomax
mufflers. This frame-off restoration features a new driveshaft,
newer suspension components, a 2-inch lift and a fully painted
undercarriage. Braking is provided by power front disc brakes and
rear drums with new brake lines. The exterior is finished in Bright
Red with a removable black fiberglass hardtop featuring sliding
side windows. Exterior equipment includes a grille with bright
surround, chrome front and rear bumpers, chrome door handles,
wheel-lip molding, body-side molding, polished stainless steel
mirrors, stacked headlights, a black chin spoiler, wrap-around
taillights and Bully aluminum side steps. It rides on polished
16-inch Mickey Thompson 8-hole wheels with front locking hubs and
white-letter BFGoodrich All-Terrain Radial T/A tires. The interior
features power windows and power locks, gray carpet with black
rubber Chevrolet floor mats, Sparco GT seats trimmed in black
synthetic leather and microsuede inserts, a rear bench seat, a
center console with storage and cupholders, a tilt steering column,
intermittent wipers and a dash-mounted FiTech controller.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, heat, a retro-style
AM/FM/Aux stereo, a new dashpad, a headliner and rear-mounted
Memphis 6x9 speakers. The engine, transmission and FiTech system
were installed by North Pointe Auto Group in 2025 with receipts
totaling over $21K.
