The 80-Series Land Cruiser has earned cult status among collectors and enthusiasts thanks to its legendary build quality, capable solid axle suspension, and unmistakable presence, this unit was at a Toyota Dealership and had been worked on by Factory Toyota Techs for a long time, it was originally filled with empty boxes from all the parts that were added. Make no mistake, this is an original unit but has had a transformation with a lift kit, oversized spring, gas shocks, stabilizer bars, and oversized tires and rims. Its runs and drives great, shifts good, starts right up, and is ready to go 4 wheeling.
There is surface rust on the unit, but it is very minor, see the many undercarriage pictures. This unit has the original patina and will get you looks no matter if you are going to a car show or off road. The front and rear bumpers are heavy gauge steel and there is a full swing arm custom built for a spare. Mount your own lights and winch, head for the bush. These vehicles are some of the greatest utility vehicles Toyota ever produced, this 1992 FJ80 delivers and is the "original" bush or mud unit to take off road and then use as a grocery getter.
