-Lovely condition throughout, late double-light BJ8 Sports Convertible. Superbly honest and well-preserved, low mileage, believed original Florida car.
-Quality, properly repainted circa 2008 at the cost of $7500, which was a high price back then ! The body was disassembled and stripped to bare metal with no signs of accidents or rust. It was carefully prepared and refinished in Dark British Racing Green, the correct shade for this late BJ8. It has been kept garaged since and still presents beautifully.
-Body and windshield sealing rubbers were also renewed at that time, along with mostly all new or replated chromework throughout, like 95% of the car. Only a few excellent original items were cleaned and re-installed. The front enamelled “3000 MK3” cloisonne badge is really excellent.
-The car’s interior received a retrim to the front seats and armrest in black leather, a show quality new wooden dashboard facia was installed, newer quality Everflex soft top, door seals, newer door panels, carpet set, armbars recovered, new door aluminum shut plates. The rear seats and fold down are excellent originals and were retained.

-Mechanically the car has been very well taken care of with lots of receipts for regular maintenance and light repairs as needed. The car still only has 75,000 miles on it from new and is superb. There is an inch thick folder of receipts chronicling its care back to the early 2000’s including a complete front suspension rebuild, front and rear hubs renewed, new chrome wheel set, fuel tank, pump, carb rebuild, brakes, radiator, water pump, tires, battery, sports Anza exhaust, etc.
