Eric's Muscle Cars is proud to offer this 1963 Chevrolet Bel Air !
This 1963 Chevrolet Bel Air is a classic Chevrolet that has been
built to drive and enjoy, combining timeless styling with a
carefully assembled performance drivetrain. Power comes from a
professionally built 383 stroker small-block Chevrolet engine
assembled by Leindecker Racing Engines. The build features a GM
cast-iron block, new rotating assembly, Scat crankshaft and
connecting rods, RHS cylinder heads, Comp hydraulic roller
camshaft, Edelbrock Air-Gap intake manifold, MSD ignition, and
10.8:1 compression, delivering strong performance and excellent
drivability. Fuel is supplied through a Holley 650 CFM Ultra Double
Pumper carburetor, while cooling duties are handled by a Champion
aluminum radiator equipped with dual SPAL thermostat-controlled
electric fans. Electrical upgrades include a Powermaster GM 12SI
150-amp alternator and a new battery installed in 2025. Backing the
engine is a legendary Muncie 4-speed manual transmission that sends
power through an Inland Empire heavy-duty lowrider driveshaft to a
Quick Performance GM B-Body complete 9-inch rear end equipped with
3.50 gears and a 31-spline Eaton Truetrac positraction
differential. The suspension has also been upgraded with a UMI
1959-64 Chevy B-Body rear 3-link suspension kit, while Energy
Suspension polyurethane body mount bushings help improve overall
chassis feel and stability. A new gas tank was installed in 2022,
adding to the car's reliability and readiness for the road. This
Bel Air has been driven and enjoyed as intended rather than hidden
away in a garage, and the drivetrain has approximately 3,500 miles
since completion. It starts, runs, and drives exceptionally well,
offering the kind of performance and sound that make these classic
Chevrolets so desirable. The car presents nicely overall but could
use a little interior attention, including a tear in the headliner
and replacement of the inner door trim panels. These are relatively
minor items that provide the next owner an opportunity to put their
own finishing touches on an otherwise well-built and highly
enjoyable classic. If you're looking for a driver-quality 1963 Bel
Air with a professionally built stroker engine, desirable 4-speed
transmission, upgraded rear suspension, awesome old school cragars
and a long list of quality components, this car deserves a serious
look. It offers classic Chevrolet styling, proven performance, and
the reliability to be enjoyed on the street for years to come.
