V-8 engine paired with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission.
This factory X66-code example is equipped with factory air
conditioning, power steering, power front disc brakes and a correct
GM 12-bolt multi-leaf rear axle. The drivetrain is complemented by
a correct chambered exhaust system. Finished in its correct LeMans
Blue exterior, the car features the iconic SS hood, along with
front and rear spoilers. The black interior retains its classic
appearance and includes a tilt steering column, factory tachometer,
center console and factory gauge package. Restored by North Georgia
Street Rods, this RS/SS combines factory-correct styling with
updated drivability through its Tremec transmission. It has been
driven 348 miles since the restoration.
