INDUCTION, CALIFORNIA CAR This 1970 Chevelle is absolutely gorgeous
in a factory color Shadow Gray, code 17. It features black SS
stripes running down the functional Cowl Induction hood and deck
lid. The body is gorgeous and very straight down both sides. The
paint has been color sanded to a smooth high gloss finish. The
black SS stripes are under the clear coat and smooth to the touch.
It sports a functional Cowl Induction hood with factory hood pins.
All the stainless and trim are like new. The door handles, mirrors,
front and rear bumpers have been replaced and look very shiny. It
has new headlight bezels. The front grill and SS emblem are like
new. It also has new weather stripping and window seals. All the
glass is in good condition. The door jambs are nicely painted. It
sits on a set of upgraded 15x7 and 15x8 SS style factory wheels
with new trim rings, center caps and new BFG T/A radial tires
215/70/15 in the front and 275/60/15 in the rear. The black bench
seat interior is new from the carpet to the headliner. In front of
the bench seat is a Hurst shifter coming out of the floor with the
correct shifter retainer and boot! The door panels, arm rests,
window cranks and door handles are like new. The dash is in
excellent shape, no cracks. It has the optional tach and gauges and
working clock. The lenses are clear. The dash pad is nice. It has a
working AM radio. The undercarriage is very impressive! The floors
appear to be all original clean metal, no signs of patches and are
rust free. Looking up at the bottom of the motor it is clean. It
has a Tremec 5 speed manual transmission, power front and rear disc
brakes, rear sway bar and UMI lower and upper control arms. It also
has newer springs, front and rear shocks. It also features a 2.5"
chambered dual exhaust system that runs all the way out the back
with the correct cowbell tips. The E-brake assembly is complete and
working. The undercarriage is painted and has a nice satin black
finish. The engine compartment has a 454 GM crate engine, casting
number 140154545. Some features include aluminum Brodix heads, dual
feed Holley carb with correct fuel line, Cowl Induction air
cleaner, Chevrolet chrome valve covers, MSD HEI ignition 6AL box,
Hooker ceramic coated headers, new cadmium plated brake booster and
master cylinder. It has an aluminum 4-core radiator (for those hot
summer days!), power steering and GM hoses with correct tower
clamps. The engine compartment has a black satin finish. The trunk
compartment is detailed with a coat of black and aqua spatter
paint, spare tire, complete jack assembly and lug wrench. This 1970
