The early 1960s in America were defined by one clear battle: compact cars were finally allowed to be exciting. Every manufacturer entered the arena with a sporting challenger. Plymouth was determined not to be left behind.
An interesting footnote: internally, the name “Panda” was once seriously considered. Fortunately, the designers had other ideas. A name was chosen that perfectly captured the essence of the car: Barracuda.
And quite honestly, in this case, it has never felt more appropriate.
This Cuda has been taken back to a bare canvas and then uncompromisingly rebuilt into a high-end restomod monster. No corners cut. Everything is new, improved, and significantly more extreme.
