rear-mounted air-cooled 164ci flat-six engine with twin
carburetors, paired with a column-shifted two-speed Powerglide
automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. The suspension
consists of a fully independent setup with coil springs at each
wheel. Finished in red, this restored example features a
replacement white retractable soft-top, quad headlights, dual
chrome sideview mirrors, a white full-width rear panel and dual
polished exhaust outlets. It rides on silver-painted steel
Rallye-style wheels with chrome trim rings and bright caps wrapped
in Dunlop GT Qualifier tires. The white vinyl interior includes
front bucket seats, a rear bench seat, matching door panels, dark
red carpeting and a black padded dashboard. Interior amenities
include a center console with an integrated armrest and storage
compartment, a Pioneer AM/FM/cassette radio and an additional
AM/FM/CD stereo connected to door-mounted speakers. Instrumentation
includes a 120-mph speedometer, fuel gauge and warning lights for
voltage and temperature. Additional equipment includes a
convertible boot.
