1967 Pontiac GTO Hardtop Coupe – 36 Years Owned
Offered from 36 years of family ownership, this PHS-documented 1967 Pontiac GTO has been carefully preserved as part of a private collector car collection and retains the character, appearance, and provenance that enthusiasts seek.
Finished in its factory-correct Signet Gold with a black vinyl roof and black vinyl interior, this GTO presents beautifully and retains its iconic muscle car presence. PHS documentation is included and matching numbers.
Powered by a 400 cubic-inch V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and dual-gate, the car is equipped with power steering and factory Rally instrumentation. The odometer currently shows approximately 48,000 miles.
To the best of my knowledge, the engine was not rebuilt during our family's ownership. When purchased by my father, the car showed approximately 47,054 miles. During our ownership, it was part of a private collection and was driven very sparingly. Rather than being regularly driven, the vehicle was periodically started and maintained to preserve its mechanical condition. We believe the miles are original and mileage should be considered as shown on the odometer.
Recent servicing in 2025 included fuel system cleaning and flushing, fluid services, replacement of the alternator, battery, and power steering pump, and transmission service. The car rides on BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires installed in 2025. Service records and documentation are included.
The sale includes PHS documentation, service records, and ownership history accumulated during our family's stewardship. This GTO represents an opportunity to acquire a largely preserved, family-owned example of one of Pontiac's most desirable muscle cars.
