PRODUCED! This is one awesome looking 1970 GTO convertible. It
looks amazing in its custom dark blue paint. Looking down both
sides, it appears to be all clean original sheet metal. The white
convertible top is in great shape and really completes the look
against the dark blue exterior. All body panels are square and
flush. The front Endura bumper fits great and has a few stress
cracks as they always do. The door seals and weather stripping are
newer. The rear bumper and taillight lenses are in great shape. It
features an optional rear wing and remote driver mirror. It rides
on a set of 17x8 Pontiac Rally II custom aluminum wheels with
correct red PMD center caps wrapped in a set of 245/45/ZR17 G Force
Comp 2 BF Goodrich radial tires. The interior looks amazing. The
front bucket seats have been reupholstered and new foam added.
Looking forward at the dash, it is in great shape and the lenses
are clear. It has the optional hood tachometer and Rally gauges.
There is a working factory AM/FM radio in the dash. The A/C and
heater controls slide effortlessly. Other features include an
original 3-spoke sport wood steering wheel mounted on a factory
tilt steering column and a power convertible top. The door panels,
carpet, sun visors, kick panels and sill plate have been replaced.
The door jambs are smooth and glossy. All the interior lights work.
The interior is completed by a set of carpeted Pontiac floor mats.
Open the hood and just smile at the number matching 400 ci/350 hp
engine! It has been rebuilt to Ram Air III specs. It has its
original 400 transmission as well. It features a functional Ram Air
set up, Ram Air manifolds, factory chrome valve covers, correct air
cleaner, correct spring type battery cables, power steering,
factory A/C that blows cold. There is an upgraded 4 core radiator,
correct fan shroud and clutch fan. All of the metal surfaces have
been painted and have a satin black finish. Great for car shows and
cruise-ins! The undercarriage is all clean metal and painted satin
black. Looking up at the motor it is clean as well as the Turbo 400
automatic transmission. The frame is clean and all of the body
bushings have been replaced. All the fuel and brake lines look
good. All of the steering components look good. It has a newer fuel
tank, straps and a sending unit. There is a newer 2.5" dual exhaust
system with FlowMaster mufflers that runs all the way to the back
with the correct exhaust tips. It has upgraded rear Wilwood disc
brakes and a Ford 9" posi rear end with 3:55 gears. The E-brake
assembly is complete and working. The trunk is clean original metal
with a coat of gray and white spatter paint, trunk mat, spare tire
and jack assembly and lug wrench. Great looking GTO! Clean West
