This custom 1978 Ford Bronco received a no-expense-spared
restoration by Montana Broncos and is now powered by a 7.3-liter
Godzilla V-8 engine paired with a 6R80 six-speed automatic
transmission. The engine features a body-color intake manifold,
Holley EFI fuel rails, Indy Power Products coil covers, a Fluidyne
radiator, a Boyd stainless-steel fuel tank and OBR engine
management software. It has an NP205 dual-range transfer case,
along with a rebuilt Dana 44 front axle and a Ford 9-inch rear axle
with 3.50 gears. This Bronco has been repainted in Midnight Blue
Metallic with gradient sunset stripe decals. Additional equipment
includes a dual-range transfer case, a black removable hardtop, a
Wild Horses 4-inch lift kit, Bilstein shocks, 15-inch Mickey
Thompson wheels on BFGoodrich tires, a hydro-boost braking system,
a RedHead steering box, Warn locking front hubs and power steering,
and a swing-out rear tire carrier. The body mounts and bushings
have been replaced. It has a black removable fiberglass hardtop as
well as a bright grille, a swing-out rear tire carrier, chrome
bumpers, vent windows, low-mounted Western side mirrors and a
power-operated rear window. The front bucket seats and removable
folding rear bench are fitted with black and patterned Free Wheelin
Company cloth seat covers. A matching fabric headliner has been
installed, and sound-deadening material has been added to the
interior, along with replacement carpets, door panels and rear
panels. Features include a center console with cupholders, a
Pioneer head unit and a Classic Auto Air system.
