This custom 1986 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is powered by a 6.0-liter V-8
engine paired with a 4L60 automatic transmission and NP241 transfer
case. The engine bay is designed with GM original cooling
components to cool and perform, with a high-quality GM performance
cooling system featuring 3,600-cfm Spal cooling fans. It has GM
13-inch disc brakes all around, a custom stainless-steel tank from
Rick's Tanks and a VaporWorx fuel system powered by Fitech EFI
System for reliable performance. This truck received a full
frame-off build by Drive Rodz & Resto, with the body stripped to
bare metal and reworked before being finished in RM
basecoat/clearcoat Hyper Lime Metallic with cream accents. The
exterior is completed with all-new clear glass, Steele Rubber
seals, chrome and side trim from LMC Truck. The chassis, finished
in Satin Black, incorporates new brake lines, fuel lines and body
bushings, and rides on 17-inch Bronze Lock Off-Road wheels wrapped
in 35-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires. Suspension components
include a BDS 4-inch lift, Fox Performance 2.5 elite coilovers
sitting on a modern Chevrolet Performance four-wheel-drive chassis,
manual transfer case, Body Control Module and GM HD axles with
Yukon 3.73 gears. This K5 also features GM independent front
suspension, ARC Performance four-link rear suspension, a MagnaFlow
dual exhaust with Y-pipe crossover, new American Autowire wiring, a
GM Connect & Cruise wiring harness, GM power rack-and-pinion
steering and an anti-roll bar. The underside is fully Raptor-lined
and sound-deadened. Inside, a custom interior is wrapped in dark
saddle leather and features a full DSP Audio Control system. The
dash houses Dakota Digital RTX gauges and a Restomod Air
climate-control system. Experian AutoCheck shows Exceeds Mechanical
Limits Title issued on 05/01/1994.
