This custom Pro-Touring 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle is powered by a
supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V-8 engine built in-house producing
850hp and 840 lb-ft, backed by a six-speed close-ratio T56 Magnum
manual transmission and a twin-disc McLeod RST clutch. The engine
build includes a Kong-ported supercharger and snout, Nick Williams
103mm throttle body, DMS camshaft, ID1050 injectors, Wegner
accessories and pulleys, BTR lifters, springs, pushrods and
trunnion, along with Wegner valve covers. A QA1 carbon-fiber
driveshaft spins a narrowed Currie 9-inch rear housing with 3.70
gears and a Truetrac differential. Exhaust exits through hand-built
1-7/8-inch headers feeding a dual 3-inch X-pipe system using SW
tubing and cutouts. The full custom chassis is equipped with a
fully adjustable Ridetech coilover suspension system with front and
rear sway bars. Steering is handled through a Flaming River tilt
column and LEE 800 close-ratio steering box. Stopping power is
provided by Kore3 C6 Z06 brakes front and rear with a Wilwood
master cylinder, hydro-boost brake system, proportioning valve and
E-Stopp emergency brake system. The body was acid-dipped and
finished in PPG Starfire Blue with the frame and suspension
components painted dark Metallic Gray. Exterior modifications
include shaved drip rails, smoothed cowl, smoothed tucked and
modified bumpers, smoothed fender flares, a reworked A-pillar and
beltline transition, one-off hood and hand-built inner fenders,
firewall and rear tubs. The engine bay and underside are painted to
match the exterior and finished in matte clear. The car rides on
19x9 front and 20x12 rear Boze Camber wheels wrapped in 255 and 325
Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tires. The custom Paul Atkins interior
features modified Recaro Specialist front seats upholstered in
upgraded black leather with matching custom rear seats. Interior
appointments include a suede one-piece headliner, Mercedes-Benz
carpet, custom dash by Ronnie Geeslin, Dakota Digital HDX gauges,
Vintage Air climate control with black billet controls and a
Kenwood Bluetooth stereo. Additional features include Clayton
Machine pedals, shifter and handles, a 10-inch JL Audio subwoofer,
front and rear Morris three-point retractable seat belts, Nu-Relics
power windows with new glass, integrated eight-point roll cage with
A-pillar tie-ins and removable harness bar, Rick's stainless-steel
fuel tank, Dapper LED headlights, Dakota Digital LED taillights,
Griffin radiator and custom HXR and SPAL fans. Built by Ronnie's
Hot Rods in Senatobia, Mississippi, this Chevelle was completed in
2019. Awards include Daryl Starbird Fine 9 qualifier, Best Street
Machine, Goodguys 2021 Chevy Muscle Pick, Super Chevy Best
Chevelle, Best in Class, Most Outstanding Craftsmanship, and
multiple Best Interior and Best Engine awards. From Nyle Maxwell's
