This 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster re-creation is powered by a 2100cc
VW-based engine with a counterweighted and balanced crankshaft, an
Engle 110 camshaft, dual carburetors and Weber headers, mated to a
Freeway Flyer four-speed manual transmission. The drivetrain
includes a lightened flywheel and a 200mm Sachs clutch and cover.
Built by JPS Motor Sports, the vehicle features a fiberglass body
mounted on a tubular frame and is equipped with a high-end exhaust
system. The suspension consists of a ball joint front setup and a
swing-axle rear configuration with a camber compensator and KYB
shocks. Disc brakes are fitted at all four wheels. The exterior is
finished in Arctic Silver and features a black cloth soft-top, with
paint showing a few chips on the front hood. The all-leather maroon
interior features a Blaupunkt radio and side curtains for added
coverage. The seller states the transmission exhibits a slight
grind and the locks on the doors need adjustment. **TITLED AS 2018
