and intake manifold dated February 13, 1963, built by Chuck Millen
of 426 Hemis in Livonia, Michigan. The 2408007 727 TorqueFlite
automatic transmission was built by Rick Allison of A&A
Transmission in Camby, Indiana. This heater-delete and radio-delete
Super Stock package car is documented in Darrell Davis' book "The
Complete Guide to the 1963 Plymouth Super Stock Package" as VIN
3231200557 with scheduled production date of April 22, 1963. The
vehicle underwent a rotisserie restoration and retains numerous
original components, including the deep-groove alternator pulley,
fan and crankshaft pulleys, oil pan, transmission speedometer ratio
adapter, kickdown rod, air cleaners, exhaust manifolds, 3447SA B-3
carburetors, original fuel lines and filters, dual-point
distributor, trunk-mounted battery vent system, battery tray,
Goodyear 7.50x14-inch 3-T spare tire, radiator, 5.5x14-inch steel
wheels, leaf springs and original interior door and quarter-panels.
Braking and suspension components are restored to factory Super
Stock configuration. The exterior retains all original glass and
features professionally polished stainless-steel trim with
rechromed bumpers, exterior door handles and vent assemblies. NOS
parts installed during restoration include the grille, headlight
bezels, gravel shield, park light assemblies, hood molding and
ornament, exterior scripts and trim, taillight assemblies, wiring
harness, voltage regulator, ignition components, interior hardware,
weatherstripping, exhaust components, transmission cables and dog
dish hubcaps. The seats were recovered using NOS materials from SMS
Original Auto Interiors. Additional documentation includes the
original fender tag, broadcast sheet, owner's manual with Owner
Service Certificate bearing the VIN and original aluminum keys.
