This 1951 Ford F-1 pickup is powered by a 239ci Flathead V-8 engine
paired with a three-speed manual transmission with floor shift. The
truck features a 12-volt electrical system conversion and an HEI
distributor for updated ignition performance and drivability. It
retains a mostly stock configuration while incorporating several
custom touches. Drum brakes, along with 15-inch wheels and tires,
maintain much of the truck's traditional driving character and
appearance. The exterior retains the recognizable styling of Ford's
early F-Series pickups, including rounded fenders and the signature
grille design. Custom exterior details include frenched-in
taillights, custom mirrors and a custom fuel door. The cabin
features a custom cloth interior with a traditional bench seat and
vintage-style layout consistent with the truck's period character.
