This 2021 Ford GT '66 Heritage Edition is powered by a twin-turbo
3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine producing 660hp paired with a
seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. One of 50 built for
2021, this car pays tribute to the No. 98 Ford GT40 MK II P/1015
driven by Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby in the 1966 24 Hours of Daytona.
Functional features include electronic active damping, a
push-button-activated front lift system, speed-activated front
splitter, deployable rear wing and airbrake, and Brembo
carbon-ceramic brakes. Factory options include the $30,000 Heritage
Edition Upgrade Package, $2,500 six-point harness anchors, $1,250
titanium lug nuts and $750 Ford GT indoor cover. The Heritage
Edition package added exposed gloss carbon-fiber exterior
components, exposed carbon-fiber mirror caps, 20-inch carbon-fiber
wheels with red accents and black brake calipers with red graphics.
Finished in Frozen White with black and Race Red accents, the
exterior also features No. 98 roundels. The interior is equipped
with fixed carbon-fiber Sparco seats with Alcantara-wrapped
bolsters, a Heritage steering wheel, anodized red aluminum shift
paddles and serialized instrument panel badge. Additional features
include Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires and integrated tubular
steel roll cage. The window sticker shows a total MSRP of $749,850.
