***Vehicle Located in MA*** Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1967
Chevrolet Impala Convertible showcasing Classic Big-Car Cruising
with Upgraded V8 Power. The 1967 Chevrolet Impala represented the
final evolution of Chevrolet's wildly successful fourth-generation
full-size lineup and remains one of the most recognizable American
convertibles of the muscle car era. With over 575,000 Impalas
produced for the model year, the Impala continued its reign as one
of America's best-selling automobiles. Offered here is a very
attractive 1967 Chevrolet Impala Convertible that benefits from an
older restoration completed in the early 2000s and has been
sparingly driven and carefully maintained since. Showing
approximately 24,251 miles since restoration this Impala presents
as a solid, better-than-driver-quality classic that is ready to
enjoy.Originally equipped with a 327 cubic-inch V8, the car was
upgraded during its restoration with a strong-running early-1970s
350 cubic-inch V8 featuring camel hump cylinder heads, performance
headers, and a Shaker cam. The engine compartment is clean and well
detailed, featuring chrome Chevrolet valve covers, a chrome air
cleaner, steel-braided hoses, a newer Edelbrock four-barrel
carburetor, and an upgraded aluminum radiator complete with fan and
shroud. The power steering system has been rebuilt, and the engine
is backed by an automatic transmission fitted with new transmission
lines. The car's air conditioning and heating systems have been
disconnected, while the power drum brakes were serviced
approximately two years ago. Finished in a rich Burgundy repaint,
the body remains in very good overall condition. Restoration work
included some body work & refinements and the panels exhibit good
alignment with solid hood, trunk, and door operation. The paint
retains a nice shine and nice overall presentation, although some
imperfections are present, including areas on the right front
fender, driver's rear quarter panel, and a few additional nicks and
scratches as shown. Exterior chrome, trim, and badging remain
complete and present well overall. The front bumper shows some
oxidation and minor scratching, further reflecting the car's honest
driver-quality character. Inside, the black vinyl bench-seat
interior is well preserved with excellent upholstery free from rips
or tears. The dash pad and carpeting remain in excellent condition.
A full factory gauge package is supplemented by under-dash Sunpro
gauges monitoring water temperature, amperage, and oil pressure.
All of the gauges work properly except for the clock. A retro-style
Chevrolet AM/FM cassette radio has been installed for improved
drivability while retaining a period-correct appearance. The
original radio accompanies the sale. The black power convertible
top features a glass rear window and remains in like-new condition,
operating properly and allowing effortless open-air enjoyment. The
trunk compartment is very clean and solid, finished with vinyl
matting and complete with spare tire and jack equipment.
Underneath, the car presents very well with a solid frame and
undercoating applied during restoration for long-term protection. A
great-sounding dual exhaust system exits through the rear with
custom chrome tips, providing the perfect soundtrack for this
classic Chevrolet cruiser. The Impala rides on newer white letter
BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires mounted on steel Chevrolet Rally wheels
with center caps and trim rings, all in excellent condition. This
Impala starts easily, runs strong, drives smoothly, and handles
exactly as a classic full-size Chevrolet convertible should. The
car is currently stored in Massachusetts and is being sold with a
clean title in the owner's name, original owner's manual, Chevrolet
assembly manual, car cover, and an extensive collection of spare
parts which include: extra Rally wheel center caps, front floor
pan, chrome valve covers, cooling fan, suspension components,
headlight bezels, complete rear tail light assemblies, and even a
brand-new fuel tank and more! If you've been searching for a
handsome, dependable, and reasonably priced classic Chevrolet
convertible that can be driven, enjoyed, and proudly shown at local
cruise nights, this well-maintained 1967 Impala Convertible
deserves serious consideration. For additional information or to
