meticulously restored and refurbished and that has less than 500
miles on it since completion of this extensive restoration. The
truck is finished in a Fire Engine Red with a complementary
Burgundy vinyl interior. Overall, this 3100 is in perfect condition
and in this condition, is extremely desirable.
This 1952 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup is an original, she has a 12 volt
electrical system (converted from 6v) and is powered by her Thrift
Master 216cid Inline 6 cylinder coupled to her three speed manual
transmission. In addition to looking beautiful and being as solid
as a rock, she is mechanically sound and needs nothing. She has a
painted dash (Gray), and original gauges (Temp, Oil Pressure, Fuel
and Voltage) and a heater; overall, the interior is comfortable and
in perfect shape. She has a new wood bed and Highliner Premium
Highway nylon ply tires; in very good condition.
The running gear is stock; manual drum brakes, straight axle,
manual steering and a non-modified frame. The power plant in this
truck is the original 216cid Inline 6 cylinder motor with 3 Speed
Manual transmission with the changer on the column; she runs and
drives very well. She has a great feel for the road and would be
comfortable driven on weekends or as a daily driver.
