From 1940 through 1996, Oldsmobiles flagship model was the Ninety
Eight and would be the most technologically advanced car for Olds
offering hydramatic transmission and the Autronic eye back in the
day like the top of the line Buicks and Cadillacs. The eighth
generation of the Nienty Eight was built between 1965 and 1970. In
1970 it would be the largest Oldsmobile growing to 225.2 inches in
length. This particular stunning green masterpiece has ash trays
for everyone including the kids!. This is a highly original car
showing 69,000 on the odometer which I believe could be correct
based on the overall condition of the entire car. It starts right
up, shifts in to gear, goes down the road very nicley with no funny
noises, squeeks or rattles. The interior is in very good condition
as is the paint for the year. The top goes up and down as it should
and is in generally very nice condition throughout. This would make
one heck of a nice summertime cruiser. We welcome any questions or
inspections here in our Traverse City gallery.
