This 1985 Ford F-250 "Bullnose" Custom pickup is a really clean
truck that spent its life in Arizona and SW Colorado. The last
owner of this truck did a lot of work to this truck and selectively
restored it over the years. The body is super clean and straight.
The colors were originally Bright Regatta Blue Metallic and Light
Regatta Blue. But is was professionally repainted Bright Regatta
Blue Metallic and Medium Dark Fire Red. The paint is in excellent
condition. The original trim and bumpers are really nice. The
underside of the truck is also very clean and we found no rust
issues with this truck.
The interior is also really nice. The seat was professionally
reupholstered and it has a new custom headliner. It also has new
door panels and new dash cover. The original floor mat and dash
bezel are still in great condition. The headlights, taillights,
brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work.
The horn, windshield wipers, and heat are working. It does have an
aftermarket stereo but it is not working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives great!
The engine is the Ford 7.5L 460 V8 that runs strong with no issues
or red flags that we found. It has been upgraded with a Weiland
aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb, HEI distributor, and custom dual
exhaust. It recently had a fresh tune-up, new hoses, new
alternator, and new starter. It has the T18 4 Speed Manual
transmission that shifts great with a strong clutch that was
replaced at 92K. The transmission was also rebuilt at that time (We
have receipts for this). It is mated to the Borg Warner manual
transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is a
Dana 70 rear axle from the factory and it has 3.54 gears. The front
axle is a Dana 44 TTB with 3.54 gears. This is sitting on a nice
set of chrome rims with Cooper Discoverer All Terrain tires size
285/75/16.
