Sometimes we buy a car because of the car: Sometimes we buy a car because of the story. In the case of this beautiful 1950 Sport Coupe, we bought it because of both.

This car has been regularly serviced at our Chevrolet store and I vividly remember each and every time I saw it in the service lane my comment was always the same- what a stunning 1950 Chevrolet!!!

When our good customer came to us and said it was time to sell the car our answer was we'd sure like to have it. A deal was made. We are proud owners. Our customer did a restoration on this beautiful Chevy for his father- Dad drove a 50 Chev Sport Coupe on his honeymoon and thought he'd like to have one again. When we talk about restoration this car just makes us smile through its quality. Ohio Paint Modifications laid an incredible coat of black paint on this car and even after about 9K miles of use it looks like it was painted last year. The quality is incredible. It's hard to get a black car this straight- it is amazing. The quality throughout this car speaks that this was a labor of love and commitment- one story that was shared with us revolved around the hubcaps. New hubcaps were ordered and the quality was not what our owner was looking for- so he did what most of us would not- he sourced a New Old Stock set of hubcaps for an amount over one thousand dollars. It's that kind of restoration.

We have the receipts; we have the photos of the restoration. The body, paint, chrome are absolutely incredible. The interior is a mix of new, nice and original. The engine compartment and underside are very presentable but not done to the level of a 100-point restoration. The car drives and performs beautifully. It's been driven, enjoyed and wonderfully maintained.

The Deluxe Sport Coupe will be the next caretaker's pride and joy- pull this car into any car show and watch the smiles and adoration. If you are in the market for one then please start with one of the best.
