The Mustang GT is said to "be on the of the quickest cars on the
road" compared to the rest of the competition. It was also said
that the mustang is one of America's most favorite & most popular
pony cars since they debuted in 1964. But what makes this '89
Mustang LX Special?
??The owner if this particular mustang has enjoyed the all the
features of a Mustang GT with the smooth styling of the LX. With a
museum amount of care, this mustang looks like it just rolled off
the showroom floor. It was repainted back to it factory white, with
a powered convertible top. Featuring it's original ground effects,
a trunk luggage rack and it's original 15in alloy wheels with
BFGoodrich Radial T/A Tires.
??Under the Hood is the Mustang GT 5.0L Engine, producing 225
horsepower at 4200RPM & 300 ft-lbs of Torque at only 3200RPMs! This
engine has been well maintained and ready for the road. Whether you
are cruising with the top down on the back roads or laying some
rubber down on once the light turns green. The handling is swift
with gas pressurized shuts in the front & Ford's Quadra-shock
system w/ traction lock axle in the rear. ??
This Interior looks as new as the repainted exterior. Original
styling of the LX at it's finest. Not tears in the seats, no cracks
on the dash and only 84K original miles. All the buttons, switches
and knobs look new, feel new and work as they should. This is
probably one of the best maintained New-Classic Mustangs out there
with a powered convertible top, working A/C & Powered lumbar
support seats!!??
But of course ... there is a small flaw. The Passenger's Rear
window needs to be repaired. It sounds as if the track is broken or
the arm has broken off the window motor regulator.
