Stock Number: 2218 - This is a 1973 Pontiac Trans AM SD-455. This
is a California one-family-owned Super Duty, spending its entire
life out in the sunny, dry climate of the Golden State. It was sold
New at Stan Chazen Pontiac in Santa Monica, CA for an MSRP of
$5,746.75. That was a hefty price back in 1973. It has all its
original panels and mostly original paint with just minor touch-ups
here and there to keep it looking good. Things like the wheel
flares, etc. The interior is original and in exceptional condition.
That interior speaks volumes to the good care this car has received
throughout the years. This is also a full numbers-matching car. See
the images with the VIN stampings in the detailed photo shoot. It
is an AC car too, which can be hard to find sometimes in a Super
Duty. This SD runs strong and has received a full fluid service and
a new muffler install while retaining the original factory exhaust
tips. Another testament to its careful stewardship this Trans AM
has received. If you want a quality Super Duty that has not been
molested, this is one you should give some serious consideration.
