INTRODUCTION: Street beast! The gnarly 383 stroker should get your
engine revving again. If that doesn't spark your interest, just
wait to hear it rumble for the first time, it sings a song of
mechanical perfection. Add in a 5-speed manual trans, air
conditioning plus custom suspension and you got a bona fide all day
driver that will hold its own anywhere you choose to cruise.
EXTERIOR: This Chevelle has the look! It's lowered to the perfect
stance, sitting on just the right size wheels, and the overall
presence is exactly what a muscle car should be. The body is
outstanding- laser straight with excellent fit, there's no rust,
and the doors shut with the solid feel of a new car. I like that
somebody resisted the urge to slap SS trim on it. It's painted
Marina Blue with the metallic laid out evenly and a smooth, glossy
clear coat that really pops, although there are a few imperfections
if you look for them. The chrome and trim are straight, shiny, and
overall very nice. The new 18-inch Forgeline wheels look so good
and are extra wide in the back. They are wrapped in Nitto
performance tires and absolutely complete the appealing aesthetic.
This car is all about stance and attitude, and this one absolutely
gets it right.
INTERIOR: Amazing colors! I was so excited the interior was not
black, and it matches the exterior so well. It has nice upholstery
on the front bucket seats, rear seat, and door panels. All that is
looking proper plus the headliner, carpeting, and dash pad are
looking good too. I was always a huge fan of the center console
with the clock, and this one even has a 5-speed manual shifter
coming out of it! The factory style three spoke steering wheel is
looking fresh and it has custom gauges by Dakota Digital that look
pretty stock but are way better. Sounds have been upgraded with a
Bluetooth stereo that fits in the factory holes.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This Chevrolet has a serious heartbeat under
the hood! Power comes from a very stout 383 stroker making close to
500hp. It's topped with a Holley intake, a big dual feed Holley
carb and an MSD ignition, delivering the kind of performance this
Chevelle deserves. It features an impressive set of custom
fabricated stainless steel headers, adding both performance and
craftsmanship. At the front of the engine is a blacked out runner
accessory system with a mini A/C compressor, one-wire alternator,
serpentine pulleys, and Holley power steering setup for a clean
modernized look. Cooling is handled by a custom water pump and
radiator equipped with dual electric fans, helping it run cool,
even in traffic. The engine is dressed with a sharp set of cast
aluminum valve covers that add to the performance appearance.
Surrounding it all is a very neat engine bay with a smooth firewall
and smooth inner fenders, giving the compartment a clean
presentation.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and inside the jamb is clean
blue paint and inside the compartment features solid metal floors
with factory style spatter finish. The weatherstrip has been
replaced and the battery has been relocated to the trunk, securely
mounted in a contained stainless box for safety and improved weight
distribution.
UNDERSIDE: It has been extensively upgraded with a complete
RideTech suspension system featuring fat swaybars, tubular control
arms, and coilover adjustable gas shocks front and back. The
exhaust system is equally impressive, 3" stainless steel, TIG
welded with an X-pipe, Black Widow mufflers and the tailpipes are
neatly tucked up with turn down tips. It has a high performance
brake system with drilled and slotted discs at all 4 wheels, 6
piston calipers in front, 4 piston in back and a custom emergency
brake assembly. The fuel system has also been replaced, including
the fuel tank. Looking up at the engine, everything appears clean
and well kept, and it has been fitted with a high torque starter.
Power is sent through an upgraded Tremec 5-speed manual trans with
a hydraulic clutch. A new driveshaft connects to a 12-bolt rear end
equipped with 4.11 Tru Trak gears and an aluminum girdle cover. The
floors appear to be very solid with fresh black paint.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car
we sell.
CONCLUSION: This modern-day twist on one of the most popular muscle
cars ever produced was built with a purpose. If you want to look
good, sound good, feel good and go fast, your search for the ideal
muscle car is now over!
