Vehicle Description

INTRODUCTION: This '55 Chevy is an over the top custom build executed to an incredible level of detail. The body was lifted off the frame so every inch of the car- including the underside- could be smoothed, painted, polished, and detailed to show quality standards. Everywhere you look, you'll find craftsmanship, creativity, and refinement far beyond the ordinary. From the stunning fit and finish to the fully customized interior and beautifully detailed big block engine bay, this is the kind of build that stops people in their tracks and keeps them staring.

EXTERIOR: The exterior is absolutely jaw dropping. The fit and finish are outstanding, with laser straight body panels free of rust, damage, or excuses. The hood emblem and ornament have been shaved for a smoother, cleaner appearance, and the doors click shut effortlessly with precision fit. The bright red paint looks like wet nail polish, while the black is so deep and glossy it literally reflects like a mirror. The bumpers have been smoothed and rechromed, and all the moldings were either restored or replaced to show quality standards. The vent windows were eliminated for an even sleeker profile, and all the glass has been replaced with smoked glass throughout. Every seal and weatherstrip has been renewed. Smoked taillight lenses add to the custom look, and one of the coolest features is hidden in the driver side taillight- flip a switch and an electric motor opens it up to reveal the concealed gas cap. Sitting with an absolutely killer stance with 18x10 Billet Specialties in front and 20x10s in back, all four wearing performance Nitto tires.

INTERIOR: Inside is a full blown custom interior with a very high end appearance. Beautiful red leather throughout is trimmed with striking black ostrich inserts, including the four matching bucket seats that are separated by a custom full length console running front to back. The sculpted door panels are upholstered to match, and rising from that console is a classic Hurst 4-speed shifter. Down on the floor is premium square-weave carpet with matching mats. The dash is absolutely gorgeous, with all the metal trim painted gloss red like the exterior and fitted with a polished billet insert housing a set of custom white face gauges. It also features a polished tilt column and a custom steering wheel that actually matches the wheels on the car. A cleverest touch- I searched for the ignition before finding out it's disguised as a matching knob on the dash! The headliner is replaced and features a sculpted center section trimmed in black ostrich as well. Hidden inside the glove box are the stereo and climate controls, keeping the dash clean and uncluttered. Speakers are smoothly contoured into the kick panels and custom rear shelf, completing this incredibly well thought out interior.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is a true work of mechanical art! The big block is dressed almost entirely in chrome and polished components, looking more like jewelry than an engine. At the heart of it is a strong 454 topped with a polished aluminum intake, polished valve covers, and matching air cleaner. The entire front runner system is polished and upgraded with a serpentine belt and pulley setup. It features an Edelbrock carburetor, HEI ignition, and Sanderson blockhugger headers. Even the fabricated filler neck was chromed and connects beautifully to the aluminum radiator, which, along with electric fans, keeps this big block running cool. The heat and air conditioning lines are neatly routed behind the fenders for a clean appearance. It also features a polished remote power steering reservoir and a polished Wilwood master cylinder. The engine bay itself has been completely smoothed and custom formed to accommodate the big block, with unnecessary holes filled before everything was finished in gloss red paint to the same standards as the exterior. A custom fabricated filler panel above the radiator adds another clean custom touch, while a set of billet hood hinges not only look great but allow the hood to operate smooth as silk.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk compartment is finished to the same high standards as the interior. It has been completely boxed, sculpted, and upholstered, including the underside of the trunk lid and even the hinges. The custom panels also cleverly conceal the relocated battery, keeping the compartment clean and beautifully finished.

UNDERSIDE: It is polished and detailed like a showpiece! The frame has been completely filled and smoothed, including the front cross member, then finished in a high gloss bright red. In back, the Posies springs have been relocated and recessed into the frame for a cleaner, lower stance. Up front, it features tubular control arms and coilover adjustable gas shocks with 2 inch lowering springs. It has a custom polished stainless Pypes exhaust system with an X-pipe. The fuel tank is polished stainless, and the brake and fuel lines are hidden inside the frame for an incredibly clean appearance. Stopping power comes from drilled and slotted disc brakes at all four wheels with polished calipers. Looking up at the motor, there's a chrome oil pan and a high torque starter. The Muncie 4-speed has been smoothed and painted red. A polished aluminum driveshaft leads back to the smoothed and painted Ford 9 inch rear end with 3.50 posi gears. The floors are pristine metal painted gloss red too. Actually, if it's not gloss red, it's polished stainless or chrome!

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: This Chevy is proof that a truly great custom build never goes out of style. Although it's an older restoration, it still presents as a fresh, high end, professionally built show car. The design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are timeless, not trendy. Builds of this caliber take an enormous amount of vision, talent, and money to create, and this one has already proven itself. Here's your chance to own a standout custom that's ready to impress at any show and guaranteed to turn heads everywhere it goes!
