The third generation Boxster was built from 2012 through 2016 and internally known as the 981. It was designed and built to reflect the 911 and 918. It would be 40% more rigid than the previous Boxster. Driveline on the "S" model was still the 3.4 Liter however increased performance was added while an all new 2.7 was added to the lineup for the Standard Boxster. These cars are an absolute blast to drive and are quite easy to maintain in my opinion. This particular stunning unit is highly optioned, has the desirable 6-speed manual transmission, excellent wheel choice with a killer exterior color combination. This car comes with both factory keys, owners manuals, service records and a clean carfax. It does have a couple cosmetic blemishes as you can imagine from its mileage but nothing out of the ordinary. The interior is in excellent condition as is the top and a tidy front and rear trunk area. This Boxster S starts, runs and drives excellent with no known issues or dummy lights on the dash.
