TO OWN AND ENJOY While Corvettes from the 1967 model year were
initially intended to feature the new "Mako Shark" body style,
concerns about aerodynamics, cooling, and production readiness
forced its postponement and continuation of the existing Sting Ray
design. However, this debacle led to the release of the final, and
what many fans argue, the best of all second-generation Corvettes.
Two small-block engines remained, rated at 300 and 350 horsepower,
respectively. While sales were down a bit for '67, due to many
potential Corvette buyers' decisions to wait for the newer models
to come for 1968, the 1967 Sting Ray was named Car and Driver
magazine's "Best All-Around Car" for 1967. A total of 22,940
Corvettes were produced for 1967, including this fully matching
numbers example. Restored and handsomely finished in Lynndale Blue
over Teal upholstery, this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette is a fully
matching numbers example, powered by a 300-horsepower 327 CI V-8
engine, paired with a Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission
driving a 3.36:1 rear axle. Equipped with power steering, the
Corvette includes such desirable upgrades as a discreet Vintage Air
system, big-block "Stinger" hood, longitudinal stripe, an added
factory-style side exhaust, and alloy wheels mounting a new set of
Redline radial tires.Choice documents include the owner's manual,
owner protection plan booklet, Protect-o-plate, and the original
Tank Sticker (Corvette Order Copy form). Ready to own, collect, and
best of all enjoy, this highly desirable 1967 Chevrolet Corvette
Coupe is yet another great hand-selected classic car from The Last
Detail. Contact us today, see it for yourself, check out all the
