1969 Pontiac Firebird - an increasingly rare project car with
outstanding originality and serious restoration potential. Finished
in its factory Carousel Red paint code, better known as "Hugger
Orange," this Firebird still wears its original paint and retains
its original complete interior, making it a fantastic candidate for
preservation or restoration. Powered by a factory 350 V8, this
Firebird is also a desirable vinyl top car and retains the classic
first-generation styling that made these Pontiacs legendary
muscle-era machines. The car has been stored for some time and is
currently a non-running project. The engine has not been gone
through mechanically, and the rear brakes are locked up, so it will
need brake work and recommissioning before returning to the road.
Newer tires have been installed since storage. This Firebird is
being sold as a true project car, but its originality, desirable
factory color combination make it an excellent foundation for
restoration. The 400 hood shown will not be included, though a
correct stock 350 hood will come with the car. Important
