This is a 1984 Ford F150, 2WD that has been maintained as a highly original survivor. I am second owner. It has a 302/5.0 motor and 4 speed manual with 4th gear OD over drive. It has spent it's whole life under a carport. It does have rust over rear wheel wells and other normal spots, and I do have replacement panels. The color is faded as you can tell from photos, but original. No body damage other than slight dent on a chrome side molding .There is small rust areas in cab and trailing edge and fender corners. The Interior is near perfect, except for some cracking on driver side door handle and on dash at speaker area. Air condition works and the system has been converted to 134A Freon. In its Life time, all regular maintenance has been done when needed, like master brake cylinder, starter, power steering box, tune ups, and A/C compressor. (Little brown book comes with truck with dates and mileage and other receipts ). The engine runs smooth and uses no oil. It does have a slight oil leak as does every 42 year old truck. Recently a new EGR delete 2 barrel Carburetor was installed and runs great, along with a new fuel pump, gas tank / straps and fuel gauge sender unit. Almost new 235X75X15 tires ride smooth. The camper shell top has been on the truck over 40 years. All the dash gauges work like they should. An after market tach has been added. Clutch fly wheel needs to resurfaced. It has some chatter, but no slipping. A True survivor, that even has cherry bomb muffler dual exhaust. The frame has normal surface rust and there is ZERO sag anywhere in the frame. I recently drove it on a 150 mile trip with no problems. Not a perfect truck, but if looking for a nostalgic driver that even has a pre-wired CB antenna cable installed this is it.
