This 1976 Ford F250 Ranger is a really clean and mostly original
2WD truck that spent its life in Oregon and Washington before we
sold it in 2023 for a customer who kept it at his summer home/farm
and drove it very sparingly. We recently took it back on trade.
This is a now 4 Owner truck that has been well cared for over the
years. It is a great running and driving truck and we have a
partial window sticker showing all of the options. The body on this
F250 is clean and straight. The truck was professionally repainted
in the late 90's and the Candy Apple Red and Wimbledon White paint
still looks nice!! This truck was ordered with special custom paint
and it is detailed on the window sticker and owner card but it is
not on the door tag. It is a very unique color combination. Since
this truck is a Ranger it also has the extra moldings and they are
also in very nice condition. The underside on this truck is clean
and solid with only surface rust on the bare metal parts. We found
no rust issues with this rig.
The interior is mostly original and still in really nice shape. It
does have a newly reupholstered seat, new carpet, and a new dash
cap. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are
all working. The gauges all work. The heat and wipers work. The
horn is not working. It is a really nice, basic, stock looking
interior. This truck has a dual gas tank setup, but the rear tank
is not hooked up.
Mechanically this truck is great!! The truck starts easily and it
runs and drives excellent!! Everything looks to be original and
stock. The engine is the 5.9L 360 V8 that runs strong with no
issues or red flags that we found. It has the np-435 4 Speed manual
transmission that shifts nice with a good clutch. The rear axle is
a dana 60 with 3.31 gears. This truck has power steering, power
disc brakes, and dual batteries. It also has the really cool
factory steel wheels with hubcaps and it just received new tires.
This would make a fun everyday driver or just a weekend cruiser
truck.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
