This 2003 Harley-Davidson FLHRCI Road King has been transformed
into a true one-off custom bagger, professionally built with an
extensive list of high-end components and show-quality detailing
throughout. Finished in striking Grabber Blue paint, this Road King
combines classic Harley-Davidson styling with aggressive custom
street bike presence and premium craftsmanship.
Power comes from a fuel-injected 88ci (1,449cc) V-Twin engine
paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and upgraded with a
Harley-Davidson Power Commander computer, custom heads, Arlen Ness
Derby air cleaner, chrome engine and transmission cases, chrome
primary, and Python Rayzer chrome exhaust pipes for enhanced
performance and sound.
The front end features a massive RC Components Drifter 26-inch
chrome alloy wheel wrapped in a Vee Rubber Monster tire, along with
custom chrome forks, a custom front caliper, chrome cross-drilled
rotor, braided brake lines, Dirty Bird fork cans, a Dirty Bird
smooth front fender, and a Dirty Bird raked nacelle with HID LED
"Money Shot" headlight assembly and integrated turn signals.
Gorilla Ape hanger handlebars, custom risers, internal wiring,
chrome teardrop mirrors, and billet controls complete the
cockpit.
Additional custom touches include stretched saddlebags, a Dirty
Bird "Top Shelf" rear fender, alligator leather saddle, custom
chain drive conversion, Ultima Vortex polished billet rear wheel,
Mega Plasma brake and turn signal rods, custom LED license plate
frame, chrome oil tank, MRI electric center stand, and numerous
Dirty Bird components throughout.
The audio system was equally well-executed with a custom stereo
head unit, Diamond Audio amplifier, Hertz 8-inch woofers, Hertz
compression tweeters, and Speed by Design speaker lids delivering
impressive sound quality while cruising.
An appraisal completed by Auto Appraisal Network in August 2019
noted this motorcycle as "an excellent example of a custom
fabricated motorcycle" and cited a replacement value of $55,500.
The report further states the motorcycle was transformed using
"many of the finest custom and high-performance components
available" and describes the caliber of workmanship as "superb,"
highlighting the bike's extremely detailed and well-finished
presentation.
