1967 Chevrolet Camaro - Absolutely stunning example of the first-year Camaro that has been completely restored with alot of attention to detail! Recent frame-off build with originality and factory spec appearance in mind including the RARE matching #'s drivetrain documented by the original Protecto-o-Plate. Powered by it's original factory optioned and High-Horsepower 327ci/275hp engine which was rarely known but widely respected for the inaugural year. These early production "L30-option" cars were a true budget-friendly performance powerhouse that mirrored their SS-equipped big brothers and actually included some of the same options such as a 4bbl QuadraJet carb, double-deck intake manifold, hi-perf cylinder heads, larger valves, 10:1 compression, heavy duty distributor and dual exhaust system. Cruising is a dream thanks to the factory PowerGlide automatic transmission and 10-bolt rear with 2.73 gears. Navigating is a breeze with factory power steering and this car sounds as good as it looks with the factory "deep tone" option dual exhaust system. Exterior is laser straight, finished in a gorgeous hue of the trim-tag correct "Nantucket Blue" with all new chrome and trim. An upgraded SS-style hood, front lip and decklid spoiler have been added for that iconic muscle styling. Car really looks the part on a set of correct 15" GM rally wheels wrapped in Wide Oval redline radial tires. Interior contrasts beautifully with the "custom deluxe" option in parchment tones with black trim throughout over the factory bucket seats and center console. All lights, gauges, wipers and heater work as they should and an upgraded RetroSound AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo has been nicely set in the dash but is not yet hooked up. Underside shows immaculate and fully detailed from front to back. Engine bay is nice and tidy with factory correct GM components. These first-gen Camaro's are a true piece of early GM muscle history and continue to be collector piece's among enthusiasts worldwide.
