1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Convertible - 383 V8 - Fresh Interior -
Classic Mopar Cruiser
Offered here is a classic 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Convertible
finished in a bright red paint that gives the car great presence
and curb appeal. The paint shines nicely overall, though it is best
described as driver quality, showing some bubbling, chips, and
cracks in the lower rocker areas, along with a few imperfections
where debris is visible under the paint. Still, it presents well
and looks great from a distance.
This Belvedere sits on original Chrysler Magnum 500 wheels wrapped
in Uniroyal tires, giving it a proper vintage muscle look. Under
the hood is a strong 383ci V8 engine equipped with a high-rise
intake and 4-barrel carburetor, paired with the reliable 727
Torqueflite automatic transmission. The car is also equipped with
power steering and manual brakes, making it an easy and enjoyable
cruiser.
Inside, the car has just been freshened up with a new red vinyl
bench seat interior and new carpet, giving it a clean and inviting
look. It retains its original dashboard and original Plymouth
Transaudio radio, and all gauges are reported to be in working
order.
The underbody is solid overall, though it does show signs of some
minor past rust repair. Mechanically, the car runs and drives well,
but the exhaust system has a couple of holes and a minor leak that
will need attention.
