This is a European-market 1985 M635CSi in excellent condition with 65k miles shown on the odometer. This car produces approximately 325 hp and is most likely the fastest M635 CSi currently present in the US. It was imported from Italy 4 years ago by the previous owner, who owned the car while residing in Europe for several years, and maintained it meticulously. It is powered by a 3.5 liter M88 inline-six mated to a 5 speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a MoTec ECU, Alpina 17'' wheels, Alpina-badged wood shift knob, power windows, a sunroof, aftermarket bodywork and headlights, air conditioning, power steering, a Blaupunkt Bremen digital-media stereo and other power accessories. A year ago the tires were replaced and the air-conditioning was recharged. The car is completely rust free. It has a clear Carfax and a clear title in my name. While in Italy the car was refinished in silver. Probably in the 1980's, a rear wing and lower body kit was added. This body kit which greatly enhances aerodynamics, closely resembles the M-Tech package which was an in-house package that BMW was offering in the 1980's for their competition cars at that time. The red interior is in excellent condition as it was redone a few years ago. The manually adjusted competition Sports seats are in excellent condition, as is the hand sticked leather dash. The rear wing can be removed easily. This car is tremendous amount of fun as it is light and extremely powerful.
