1937 Pontiac Cabriolet Streetrod 1 of 450 produced. Full custom frame-off build. Fuel-injected 454 big block GM crate engine made to a 4L80E overdrive automatic transmission. Modified 1992 Corvette rear end with a Mustang II front end. 4 wheel disc brakes. Pontiac manufactured a grand total of 450 of these Cabriolets back in 1937, and it is believed that only a handful survived today. While retaining the basic external look and characteristics of this extremely rare 1937 Pontiac, it now features virtually all the options and creature comforts that you might expect to find in a modern high-performance vehicle. Features such as a high-performance fuel injected motor, four-speed, automatic transmission, power four wheel disc brakes, power rack, and pinion steering, air-conditioning, and a luxury upholstered all-leather custom interior. The end result of a five-year-long, custom fabrication, the caliber of all work performed on this vehicle is of the highest quality; the entire vehicle is extremely well finished. This vehicle cost well over $200k to build and has been appraised by Jeff Hyman from Classic Auto Appraiser for $184,000. Price is $74,900
