four door, station wagons and convertibles. This Second generation
Fairlane model was manufactured from 1957-1959. Given a new modern
style with a sleeker look and low tailfins. A look that resonated
with customers to the extent that Ford outsold Chevrolet in 1957
for the first time since 1935.
This 1957 Ford Fairlane is painted in a sleek white. There is an
abundance of shiny chrome from the bumpers, trim that make the
exterior of this Fairlane really pop. The interior is tastefully
done in a black and white that really compliments the exterior.
This Fairlane is a hard top automatic convertible. Of course, the
roof is the star of the show with a Ford Fairlane 500 and yes, it's
in fully operational condition. This styling and engineering
statement was a badge of honor for Ford when it debuted. It's still
popular with collectors today. Under the hood is a 312 CID with 4
Barrel carburetor V8 mated to an automatic transmission. Comfort
features include AM/FM radio, cloth & leather Interior, automatic
convertible top, power steering, and radial tires.
