Survivor Classic Car Services Chicago is proud to present this
clean 1979 Chevrolet Corvette. This L-82 optioned T-top beauty has
had a repaint in the original White over bright red interior. Both
the interior and exterior show very well. the mileage is believed
to be accurate, although not all documentation is available. With
the car comes documentation for repairs and maintenance from the
current owners, the original window sticker, and the owners
manual.
Under the hood is a healthy 350 cubic inch V8 that was believed to
be a dealer replacement engine from the original owner, so the
engine numbers do not match. The 3-speed automatic transmission
shifts firmly and the brakes bring this sleek cruiser to a smooth
stop. The faintest rumble can be heard when the 'Vette is running.
The corvette is almost entirely unmodified, with the exception of
the radio (the original AM/FM 8-track is included, but is unknown
if it works.) The 'Vette is impressively clean and shows well
everywhere it goes. This is the perfect summer cruiser!
