During that time, it was fortified with a number of high-quality components to optimize its ability, including new pistons and rings with 11:1 compression, and a Comp Cam. And, as if its existing displacement wasn't impressive enough, the engine was also bored .040 over in the process of the rebuild, so you can only imagine what it's capable of as it teams with a four-speed manual transmission that puts full control of its output in the hands of the driver. An upgraded Pertronix ignition system maximizes available spark, while subframe connectors below help ensure that this Coronet's undercarriage is prepared for what the engine dishes out.
