street rod, a true one-of-one build completed by Oze Rods Shop in
Illinois. This car was built from the ground up with over $100,000
invested, and it still presents like a fresh build inside and out.
From the custom body to the fully fabricated tubular frame, every
inch of this car reflects high-end craftsmanship and attention to
detail.
Power comes from a crate Chevy 350ci V8, equipped with a 4-barrel
Holley carburetor, Edelbrock intake, Mallory distributor, and
Hooker headers feeding into a side-exit exhaust system that sounds
as good as it looks. The car is also equipped with power steering,
power brakes, heat, and Vintage Air A/C, making it as comfortable
and drivable as it is eye-catching. It fires right up, runs strong,
and drives excellent.
The stance is dialed in perfectly thanks to an AccuAir 4-corner
adjustable air ride suspension, allowing you to fine-tune the ride
height at the push of a button. It sits on custom 3-piece, 5-spoke
wheels with paint-matched centers and custom Ford center caps,
measuring 19" up front and 22" in the rear. Behind the wheels are
4-wheel disc brakes with aluminum calipers, providing confident
stopping power.
The exterior is finished in a striking two-tone combination, with
pearl metallic white on the upper half and flat black along the
lower, creating a modern yet timeless look. The paint and body are
show quality, and the attention to detail extends throughout,
including a red LED engine bay lighting kit that highlights the
build when displayed.
Inside, the car features a beautifully done hand-stitched black and
red leather interior that perfectly complements the exterior. The
cabin blends classic styling with modern convenience, featuring
vintage-style AutoMeter gauges, a ratchet-style shifter, and a
push-button start system. A JVC head unit powers a full audio setup
with an MTX 10" subwoofer and dual MTX amplifiers mounted cleanly
behind the seats. Additional features include power front and rear
windows, as well as power hood and trunk operation, all controlled
by discreetly mounted switches under the dash.
The level of detail continues underneath, where the underbody is
finished to an exceptional standard-clean enough to show with
mirrors. This is not just a driver, but a true show piece that has
been meticulously built and maintained.
