This 1987 Pontiac Fiero has had its exterior transformed into what is easily the prettiest exotic‑style look‑alike you’ll find—beautifully proportioned, remarkably accurate in its lines, and instantly recognizable to anyone who appreciates classic European design, or has watched Magnum PI in the 1970s. With 107K miles of mostly smooth back roads, it has been well maintained by one of the last Pontiac‑certified mechanics from the Pontic factory before it shut down (happy to share contact), always run on synthetic oil and the highest‑grade fuel, and driven only on the smooth back roads of Maryland. The mid‑engine layout, low stance, and sculpted bodywork give it a presence far beyond the original car, making it a true head‑turner. This is not one of those ugly disproportionate kit cars, this one of the prettiest models in America. I’m only (reluctantly) parting with it due to back issues that make getting in and out of a low car difficult, so it’s time for someone else to enjoy this stunning machine.
