This four-wheel-drive 1968 Chevrolet K10 custom pickup is powered
by a 6.2-liter LS V-8 engine paired with a 4L80E four-speed
automatic transmission and NP205 transfer case. It began life as a
factory two-wheel-drive C10 and has been converted to K10
four-wheel drive. The L94 Gen IV LS engine has been rebuilt and
modified to LS3 specifications and features a Holley Terminator X
EFI fuel management system, a Tanks Inc. fuel tank with an in-tank
EFI pump and bedside-mounted fuel fill. The drivetrain uses 3.73
gears with a Positraction rear differential. Both differentials
have been professionally rebuilt. Cooling is handled by an aluminum
radiator with dual electric fans, and exhaust exits through shorty
headers connected to a stainless-steel dual exhaust system. The
truck rides on a reinforced K10 chassis finished in black to match
the underside of the cab and is equipped with a 4-inch lift and Fox
Performance Series shocks. Braking is handled by Wilwood components
with a power-assisted master cylinder, calipers and 12-inch
cross-drilled and slotted rotors. It is also equipped with power
steering and an Old Air Products air-conditioning system. The
exterior is finished in two-tone blue and silver and features a
maple hardwood bed floor with polished stainless-steel strips. It
rides on 17-inch Mickey Thompson wheels wrapped in 34-inch
BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. The interior features TMI bucket
seats with matching upholstery on the door panels, a center console
with integrated cup holders, a tilt steering column and Classic
Instruments gauges. A RetroSound stereo system with four speakers
is also installed. The comprehensive nut-and-bolt restoration and
build was completed in March 2026.
