1955 Ford Thunderbird, Thunderbird Blue paint (code T) and of
course a convertible. It features a 292 cubic inch YB block V8
engine paired with a Ford 3-speed automatic transmission. Hardtop
and a soft convertible top included, both in good condition, as
well as accompanying fender skirts, and a photo album documenting
the restoration. The black soft top looks in great shape, with
plastic rear window. Riding on wire spoked wheels and wide
whitewall radial tires. Older tires but they look good.
Imperfections exist such as pitting on chrome, and the spoke
wheels, some peeling. Turquoise and white interior in great shape,
power bench seat, and new fuel and temp gauges. The radio powers up
but doesn't have an antenna. Clock, and gauges are reading, and
power seat is functional. Comes with owners manual, Thunderbird
catalogs, and a Custom Autosound CD Changer. On the road, good
handling, responsive V8 engine, smooth automatic shifting, and
well-maintained feel.
