1966 big window C10 for sale in Midland Texas. This truck was originally a long wide bed, but has been shortened to a more desirable short wide bed. Originally intended to be a project truck, but we had a hiccup on that plan. We have installed an under bed gas tank, installed 4 wheel disc brakes, installed a new Classic Industries instrument panel, installed new chrome Rallye wheels and new B F Goodrich radial RWL tires. We also had the 2 speed Power Glide transmission rebuilt. Truck has either the original or correct 283 two barrel engine. The truck is driven nearly daily, and runs like a sewing machine. We always use ethanol free gasoline to keep the carburetor clean and running well.
If you’re interested in either a good looking driver, or a good sound project truck, this truck is a good candidate. The heater and air conditioner were inoperative and removed.
